AS Viisnurk hereby announces that at the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on May 28, 2009 the Supervisory Board and the Management Board member Erik Piile decided to terminate the Management Board Member Agreement for Erik Piile on the basis of the mutual agreement. As of the same date, Erik Piile will also step down all of his management duties in AS Viisnurk.

Andres Kivistik (Chairman of the Management Board) and Einar Pähkel will continue as the Members of the Management Board of AS Viisnurk who will also take over all operational responsibilities of Erik Piile.
