On March 2, 2012 the Supervisory Board of AS Viisnurk decided to form the Audit Committee of AS Viisnurk as stipulated in the §99 of the Public Accountants Act. The Audit Committee has two members: Mr. Heiti Riisberg (Chairman) and Mr. Girts Eglais.
