The new business name of AS Viisnurk is SKANO GROUP AS

On 28 June 2012 the Companies Register registered the change of name of Skano
Group AS

On 19 June 2012, at their general meeting the shareholders decided to change
the business name of AS Viisnurk. The new business name of the company is Skano
Group AS.

All companies, business lines and products within the Skano Group will carry
uniform SKANO insignia.

The introduction of the new business name and insignia allows upholding common
values in all lines of business of SKANO and makes the corporate structure more
transparent to customers and partners.

The main features of SKANO’s identity include the slogan „Nordic wood
solutions“ and the wood chip which symbolises the integral use of wood.

The visual identity of SKANO is inspired by Nordic forests and the timber
originating from there which the company has refined for more than 65 years.

The new trademark of the company’s major line of business – the Construction
Materials Division – is SKANO FIBREBOARD which integrates the trademarks of
natural construction materials: ISOTEX, ISOPLAAT and ISOMODUL.

The new common trademark for the furniture factory of AS Viisnurk and for the
chain of furniture boutiques active in the Baltic countries and the Ukraine is
SKANO FURNITURE.

The SKANO GROUP includes fibreboard factories in Pärnu and Püssi, the furniture
factory in Pärnu and the furniture retail business SKANO FURNITURE OÜ with its
subsidiaries in Latvia, Lithuania and the Ukraine.

The company exports nearly 90% of its production and the main markets are
Scandinavia, the UK and Russia. In 2011, the Group’s sales revenue was EUR 17.3
million and net profit EUR 2.6 million.

The shares of SKANO GROUP AS are listed on the Nasdaq OMX Tallinn Stock
Exchange.

The change of business name does not entail changes in the agreements made with
the company’s clients and employees and the rights and obligations arising
therefrom remain in force.

SKANO GROUP AS intends to complete all activities related to name and image
change by the end of this year.
