of Skano Group AS and its subsidiaries and decisions of the Supervisory Board
of Skano Group AS

Skano Group AS informs that the Supervisory Board convened on March 17, 2016
and decided the following:

1. Changes in the Management Board of Skano Group AS (including all
subsidiaries)

It was decided to remove Heiti Riisberg, personal ID code 38003142759, from the
position of a member of the Management Board, based on his submission of a
request of resignation.

2. Heiti Riisberg’s agreement on Skano Group AS share options

In connection with the submission of a request of resignation the share option
agreement with Heiti Riisberg ends and the resigning member loses the right to
use the share options.
