On 28 July 2011, the decrease of share capital and the conversion of share capital into euro were entered into the Commercial Register. Relevant resolutions were adopted by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of AS Viisnurk held on 30 June 2011. The new amount of the registered share capital of AS Viisnurk is 2,699,436.60 euro, which is divided into 4,499,061 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 0.60 euro.
Also the new version of the Articles of Association was registered in the Commercial Register, available in the Commercial Register and at the web page of AS Viisnurk (www.viisnurk.ee).
